    We start where most coaching calls never dare:
    What isn’t being said about your leadership—but felt by everyone?”

    I’ll ask sharp, unscripted questions to hear your frequency, not just your facts. You’ll feel seenpossibly startled. That’s the point.

    2. Pattern Pull (20 min)

    I listen to what you keep saying—and what you’re avoiding.
    We’ll uncover 1–2 core patterns shaping your leadership decisions:
    – Egoic over-functioning
    – Disempowered politeness
    – Emotional projection
    – Cultural mirroring
    – Fear of irrelevance, power misuse, or being seen too fully.

    I’ll name them cleanly. You’ll feel the resonance immediately.

    3. Clarity Drop (20 min)

    This is the section where I hand you yourself.

    You’ll get a verbal layout of how you’re currently showing up, what it’s costing you, and where the misalignment begins.

    No judgment. No embellishment. Just pattern + impact.

    You’ll also receive one signature recalibration question you can’t unknow.

    4. Next Step Clarity (10 min)

    If we’re aligned, I’ll invite you into a 3-session Calibration Package.
    If not, you’ll leave with clarity that most leaders don’t receive in six months of coaching.

    2. Distortion Mapping (30 min)

    Together, we surface where distortion is currently showing up:

    • Misalignment between values and actions

    • Emotional projection masked as “leadership”

    • Over-responsibility and under-receiving

    • Team dysfunction you’ve been silently absorbing

    • False reward systems you're performing for

    I’ll name the pattern.

    3. Essence Excavation (30 min)

    This is where we uncover who you are beneath the strategy.
    I’ll ask you questions you’ve likely never been asked in a leadership space—ones that return you to instinct, integrity, and aligned authority.

    4. Reframe + Realignment Assignment (15 min)

    We close with a direct reframing of your current leadership posture, and I’ll hand you one core personal assignment—a question or practice designed to immediately shift how you move, speak, or lead within the next 48 hours.
